My mom and I made a pizza today as part of all of our baking. We used a special kind of pizza dough and a pizza stone. The pizza was half cheese and half mushroom. Previously, I had made two smaller pizzas on my own, but this was like a "real" pizza. Also, back in January I was just making pizza bagels so it's nice that I'm finally making actual pizzas. This pizza was mostly good but could have used a little more work.
