Internet Explorer name to be retired

Microsoft has said that their new Spartan web browser project will be the replacement to their long-running, once widely-used browser Internet Explorer, which debuted in 1995 soon after the emergence of Windows 95. Spartan is expected to ship with the upcoming Windows 10, which will still support Internet Explorer, but possibly only the current version, IE11.
